When will I get my order?
At Lapped Apparel, we work hard to get your gear to you fast - whether it’s a single item or a custom team order.
Processing Time
In-stock apparel: Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Custom or team orders: Production typically takes 4 - 6 weeks. This commences once artwork and design is approved. We will notify you once your order leaves our warehouse with an approximate arrive date.
Shipping Time
Australian orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International orders: Delivery times vary but generally take around 10 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way
Please note that our stock is shipped from South Australia, to check if your order will come in time for Christmas please refer to the Australia Post website.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
At Lapped Apparel, we cater to both individual athletes and clubs/teams - no order is too small. Pricing may be a little higher to accommodate set up costs.
However, most of our custom products have no minimum order quantity. Just send us an email to clarify first.

What is the return policy?
At Lapped Apparel, we’re all about quality, comfort, and performance. We want you to love every piece you order. If something’s not quite right, we’ll help you sort it out quickly.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:
- It’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- It’s not a custom or personalised item (custom orders are final sale).
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To request a return or exchange, email us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or there was an error with your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund - including return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
All custom-made or team apparel is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Please double-check all sizes, colours, and designs before placing your custom order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
What are your Terms and Conditions?
- You acknowledge that all web site purchases are concluded in the State of South Australia and as such are governed by the laws of the State SA.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency on any product or service ordered by you from Lapped.
- Please note - there is no returns or exchanges for SALE items unless the garment is faulty.
- If the quality of our garment(s) does not meet your expectations we will either repair the garment(s), replace the garment(s) or give you a full refund at our discretion.
- If we send you something that you didn’t order, send you the wrong thing, or sell you something that doesn’t match its description, we will exchange it for the correct item, or give you a full refund at our discretion.
Retail Clothing Customers
- You are required to pay all amounts in full prior to dispatch unless you have an account with Lapped. If you are an account customer invoices are due for payment within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- If payment is due and is not paid within 60 days of the due date, Lapped will refuse to fulfill any other outstanding orders for you and in addition reserves the right to charge interest on any outstanding amount at the rate of 1.5% per month.
- We accept the return of all unused Lapped retail garments with the original tags in place and within 30 days of purchase and will exchange the garment or refund your money at your discretion.
Lapped Custom Clothing Customers
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be revised if an order is not placed within 30 days of the quote.
- The fee for design services includes up to three hours of design work and we reserve the right to charge additional fees for designs that take longer than three hours.
- Any designs and artwork provided to you by Lappedare the property of Lapped and you are not permitted to use these designs without our prior written consent for any purpose whatsoever including the provision of these designs to other custom clothing manufacturers.
- You must approve and sign off on the garment designs and order quantities for each size before we commence manufacturing. You should exercise care in signing off on your garments as orders cannot be changed after sign off and you are liable for the full payment on sign off.
- When approving your order you are also approving the color's. If precise matching of color's is required we recommend that you request a sample of printed fabric before final approval. There is a standard per item charge for this service.
- Lapped requires payment of 50% of the order value before commencement of manufacture and requires the remaining 50% prior to dispatch of the garments.
- Lapped reserves the right to sell or destroy garments that are rejected by you or that have not been paid for within 60 days of manufacture.
- You warrant that you solely own or have the permission of the registered owner to use any logos incorporated in the garment designs.
- The Lapped logo will be visible on the outside of the garment.
- Lapped reserves the right to use images of custom garments in the promotion and advertising of its business.
- Lapped does not accept returns on custom garments due to incorrect size being ordered. Sample garments can be requested and size charts are available to assist in ordering your correct size.

We will only collect and use your personal information as outlined below.

- To deliver the products you have purchased from Lapped
- To update you on the delivery of the product and for customer support purposes

- To customise future shopping for you and improve our store.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
