All website purchases are concluded in the State of South Australia and are governed by its laws.
Taxes and Liabilities
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or liabilities imposed by any governmental agency on products or services ordered from Lapped.
Returns and Exchanges
Sale items are non-returnable unless the item is faulty.
If the quality of the garment does not meet expectations, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
If we send you the wrong item or an item that doesn't match its description, we will exchange it or refund you at our discretion.
Retail Clothing Customers
All amounts must be paid in full before dispatch unless you have an account with Lapped. Account customers must pay invoices within 30 days. If unpaid after 60 days, we may charge 1.5% interest per month and refuse to fulfill future orders.
You may return unused Lapped garments with original tags within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Lapped Custom Clothing Customers
Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be revised if no order is placed within that time. Design services include up to 3 hours of design work, with additional fees for longer designs.
All designs and artwork are the property of Lapped and cannot be used without written consent.
You must approve and sign off on garment designs and order quantities before manufacturing begins. Once signed off, orders cannot be changed, and you are liable for full payment.
If precise color matching is required, request a sample before approval (standard charge applies).
A 50% deposit is required before manufacturing, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch.
Lapped may sell or destroy garments that are rejected or unpaid for after 60 days of manufacture.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos in garment designs.
The Lapped logo will be visible on the garment, and we reserve the right to use images of custom garments for promotional purposes.
Custom garments cannot be returned due to incorrect size orders. Sample garments and size charts are available to help with ordering the correct size.
