All sizes are in centimeters (cm)

  1. Chest & Bust - With arms up pull tape around the fullest part of the bust/chest and relax arms at side.

  2. Hip - With feet together, find the widest part of the hips (usually middle of buttocks).

  3. Waist - Find the natural waist. Pull tape around the narrowest part.
